1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phpreal website located at phpreal.org, including all games, services, features, and content offered by phpreal (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players of the phpreal Platform.

By accessing the phpreal Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. phpreal reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phpreal's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the phpreal Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phpreal, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the phpreal Platform;
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player under any applicable responsible gaming program.

phpreal reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access phpreal's gaming services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one phpreal account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpreal login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phpreal will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Verification: phpreal may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. You can update your information by contacting phpreal customer support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the phpreal Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: phpreal accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. phpreal reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Withdrawal processing times vary by method; GCash withdrawals typically clear within 30 minutes of approval.
• Player Funds: phpreal holds player funds in accounts separate from operational funds. Player deposits are used solely for gaming purposes and are not used to fund phpreal's business operations.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). phpreal does not accept foreign currency deposits.
• Withdrawal Verification: phpreal may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits, subject to phpreal's anti-money laundering procedures.
• Inactive Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phpreal reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive account balances in accordance with its inactive account policy, subject to applicable law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phpreal may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all phpreal promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
• phpreal reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. phpreal reserves the right to withhold bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated betting strategies, or colluding with other players.
• In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
• phpreal reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines that a player was ineligible for the promotion at the time of claiming.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the phpreal Platform:

• Game Rules: Each game on the phpreal Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.
• Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, phpreal reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. phpreal's decision in such matters is final.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must contact phpreal customer support within 72 hours of the disputed event. phpreal will investigate and provide a resolution. phpreal's determination of game outcomes, based on its server records, shall be final and binding.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. phpreal reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• Responsible Use of RNG: phpreal's casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phpreal does not manipulate game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phpreal Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting with other players;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phpreal staff or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Allowing any third party to use your phpreal account.

8. Responsible Gaming

phpreal is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. phpreal provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard after phpreal login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of gaming activity;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the phpreal Platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phpreal Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design, is the property of phpreal or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the phpreal Platform without phpreal's prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phpreal's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phpreal account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phpreal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if phpreal has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

phpreal does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. phpreal is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of government.

11. Account Termination

phpreal reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you;
• Regulatory requirement or direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, phpreal reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, your remaining balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

You may close your phpreal account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phpreal Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

phpreal operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting phpreal's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phpreal's customer support team and allow phpreal a reasonable period of not less than 30 days to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Amendments to These Terms

phpreal reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phpreal will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phpreal Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
